Terms and Conditions
Access and Delivery
For the RISE Casework Program, access to the online learning module(s) will be provided for the scheduled session(s) only. Details regarding dates, times, and platform access will be shared via email after purchase. Participants are responsible for ensuring they attend the session(s) as scheduled. Recordings or alternative access will not be provided unless explicitly stated. Modules will not be accessible until payment is made.
For the eLearning modules, access to the eLearning module(s) will be provided after purchase through a link sent to the email address provided on purchase. Participants will need to compete the self-directed modules on the Learning Management System to get a course certificate. Access to the eLearning modules will expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes. For eLearning courses and individual module purchases of the RISE Casework Program, payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. For organisations purchasing the full 12- module package of the RISE Casework Program, payment must be made at the time of checkout for Module 1. Additional modules will be invoiced 21 days prior to their delivery and payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout and on invoicing.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are not available for change of mind for all courses. For the RISE Casework Program, if the scheduled session is cancelled by us, a full refund or transfer to another session will be offered. If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us prior to the session to discuss possible options. Course discontinuation will only be approved for staff who are no longer employed by the purchasing organisation. Written notice must be provided at least 21 days prior to the next module delivery; otherwise, course fees will remain payable.
Module Delivery
Organisations purchasing the 12-module package of the RISE Casework Program for 10 or more participants will have an exclusive cohort. Organisations purchasing the 12- module package of the RISE Casework Program for less than 10 participants will be assigned to a mixed cohort consisting of participants from other organisations. Cohort delivery dates will be set after purchase. Individuals or organisations purchasing a single module must choose a delivery date from the options in the Training Calendar.
Intellectual Property
All content provided in the eLearning courses and the RISE Casework Program is the intellectual property of the provider and is protected by copyright laws. Participants are not permitted to copy, record, share, or distribute the materials or content without written permission.
User Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during the session. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund. Login details are for individual use only and must not be shared.
Technical Support
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to suitable devices (including a computer with a camera and microphone) and stable internet connection to access the course content and sessions. We are not responsible for technical difficulties arising from your personal equipment or internet service. Basic technical support will be available prior to and during the session for the RISE Casework Program.

The learning modules are intended for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice. Curijo makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes as a result of completing the training.
Privacy
Personal information collected during the registration process will be used to give you access to the learning modules and facilitate your participation in the sessions, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your details will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Modifications
Curijo reserves the right to make changes to the content, timing, or delivery method of the sessions if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
Satisfactory Completion
To achieve a satisfactory completion for each module, students must complete all required sections and quizzes and attend all live sessions in full. During live sessions, cameras must remain on to allow the facilitator to accurately verify attendance and participation. Certificates of Completion will be provided on satisfactory completion for each module.
