The Reports provides detailed information on the top 3 and the lowest motivators. In the Mentor Report, there is a graph that shows the order of all 9 motivators. The report is a valuable tool; and people will be able to gain a personal insight and implement strategies to help improve their levels of motivation merely just from reviewing it. However, there is an added advantage to having a group or personal feedback session, to gain further insight that can occur from looking at the full motivational profile of a each person, and the order of all nine motivators for the group.

You can become a Licenced Practitioner by undertaking a training course. The course ensures you are comfortable in explaining motivation, the format of the Maps, how to read a Map and using the resources to develop your learning/ comfort. It also ensures you can provide feedback on individual Maps to the required standard. The benefits of accreditation how you use the map is up to you. You simply purchase the maps as you go and you have access to the portal so that you control all the backend processes. The cost of the map is a small component of the overall motivational map experience.
The adult map course has two components. There is an online package of e-learning comprised of 15 short modules and are self-paced. This is followed up with a face to face workshop of about 1 day. If delivered online, the content is delivered over 3 x 2 hour sessions.
To become accredited, you need to have completed the Adult Map training course first. This is then followed by 4 hours of online learning and 2 x 2 hour online sessions.
