This course aims to equip organisation leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead with sensitivity and awareness, and nurture environments that prioritise understanding and healing for individuals who may have experienced trauma. Focusing on building empathy and compassion and creating a trauma-informed culture, this course will provide learners interactive exercises and case studies to practice implementing Trauma-Informed Leadership principles in their respective organisations.
