RISE Casework Program Module 1: Introduction to Case Management and the Role of a Caseworker

Learning Outcomes: Participants will understand the foundational principles of casework and case management, including the Permanency Case Management Policy (PCMP), the NSW Child Safe Standards, and the Aboriginal Case Management Policy.
