RISE Casework Program Module 2: Ethical Considerations in Case Management

Learning Outcomes: This module explores the ethical principles that guide case management, with an expanded focus on Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), confidentiality, privacy, boundaries, and conflict of interest. Participants will learn how to integrate child safety standards, Cultural sensitivity, and Trauma-Informed Care principles into ethical decision-making. This approach will empower caseworkers to support informed consent and deliver culturally responsive, trauma-aware practices in their work with children and families.
