The goal of this course is to enable child protection and Out of Home Care caseworkers and managers to navigate Section 149B-K of the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998, focusing on assessing and determining the safe sharing of a child/children’s progress within placement.

  • Articulate the legal and ethical considerations involved in assessing information safe for sharing regarding a child/children’s progress within placement.
