Curijo would like to thank you for your previous purchase of a Think Feel Do (TFD) Sensory Bear.
We are proud to have partnered with Think Feel Do Sensory Bears since 2021 to provide these therapeutic resources, which were developed to support connection, emotional exploration, and communication in Child Protection and Therapeutic Life Story Work settings.
We are writing to advise that Curijo has voluntarily recalled all Think Feel Do Sensory Bears sold by Curijo in accordance with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidance.
The recall relates to product labelling requirements. While the bears were designed as therapeutic tools rather than toys, they were not fitted with the required warning label advising of the potential choking hazard associated with the small, weighted beads contained within the bear. As a result, the product does not meet the applicable product labelling standards.
Although we are not aware of any serious incidents involving bears sold by Curijo, the safety of our clients and community is our highest priority. We are therefore requesting that customers immediately cease using the bear and arrange for its return to Curijo.
Upon return of the bear, a full refund will be provided, including original and returning postage.
